Meet Team Ebens

Andy Piercefield

President

Mr. Piercefield previously served as Director of Business Development and Retail Operations in the home service industry. His experience in home services includes management positions within Call Center, Leads and Sales departments. His successes prior to Ebens Air Conditioning include market and retail expansions.

Prior to working in the home service industry, Mr. Piercefield spent time within sports and entertainment marketing and partner relations with stops with the Walt Disney Company, Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Raceway and AdSport.

Mr. Piercefield is a from Ionia, Michigan and a graduate of Arizona State University.

Kris Hickman

Vice President

Kris Hickman was appointed Vice President of Ebens Air Conditioning in April of 2023.

Prior to Ebens Air Conditioning, Mr. Hickman spent over 15 years in the industry holding a variety of roles from Installation Helper, Lead Installer, Residential and Commercial Service, Call-by-Call Manager, and Division Manager.

Mr. Hickman graduated from Chattahoochie College in HVAC Technology. A Round Rock, Texas native, Kris and his wife Nicole have three children.
